Had an appointment to replace door handle 2 weeks ago. Showed.up for appointment and handle hadn't been painted. Told I'd be called Monday or Tuesday. I waited 2 weeks and called today. Linda provided amazing customer service! She started off by showing absolutely all the features of the car and how they work, guiding me through the menus and features. When it came time to talk about buying and price, Linda was calm, cool, and collected, never putting pressure on me and my mom. This was an extremely pleasant experience! Although there is a Hyundai dealer in Harford County which is where we live, we drove to Catonsville since they had the exact car that my daughter was looking for. All the extras, plus the exterior color and interior car were at the top of her list. Worth the extra distance, and we were able to exchange a lot of info via email, since the pandemic is influencing our in person interactions at the moment.
